ProgressiveGel Ultima®
Motiva® has a range of highly cohesive gels to choose from, based on the specific aesthetic objective that corresponds to your desired look. The implant is known for the rheological properties of its silicone gels, which has a control over the gel’s viscosity and elasticity.
Motiva Ergonomix® uses a specialized silicone gel called ProgressiveGel Ultima®. This silicone gel is designed to create a more anatomic shape with the implants, while achieving a soft and natural feel.
As a result, Ergonomix® moves in a similar way to natural breasts. It mimics the round shape of implants when lying down, while it looks more anatomical while standing up.
Furthermore, ProgressiveGel Ultima® are 100% filled, 100% ultra-soft, and 100% form-stable, creating an optimal shape retention.

TrueMonobloc®

Motiva® is also known for their excellent elasticity and controlled implant surface with the help of its TrueMonobloc® shell configuration.
TrueMonobloc® is a configuration that links all of the implant components (gel, shell, and patch) to create a unified structure. It results in a high-performance implant that is sturdy with tensile strength that can be stretched without rupturing. With Motiva®, the implant insertion process becomes easier due to its enhanced mechanical qualities under physical stress.
It can be easily inserted through a small incision site without compromising the surface of the implant. Motiva® Implants require a significantly smaller incision, between 2.5cm to 3cm, compared to traditional implants that need an incision of about 5cm.
Minimal incision results in a faster recovery period with less pain and bleeding, and minimal scars after the wounds are healed.
SmoothSilk®/SilkSurface®
Motiva® has a smooth nanotextured outer surface called SmoothSilk®/SilkSurface®. The uniform, smooth shell surface is achieved through 3D nanotechnology imprinting, which creates even thickness throughout the implant shell.
Unlike other implants, Motiva® does not use foreign materials such as salt or sugar crystals in its production. It allows the implant surface to optimize biocompatibility, minimize tissue reactivity, and minimize the growth of bacteria (biofilm). As a result, it minimizes the risk of complications caused by freon from unnecessary substances.
The SmoothSilk® surface also helps in the easier insertion process of the implant. Furthermore, it lowers the risk of implant-related complications. There are <1% reported cases of implant-related complications such as double capsule and late seroma with Motiva Implants®. Up to date, Motiva® also has zero cases of Breast Implant-Associated Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (BIA-ALCL).

BlueSeal®
Another one of Motiva®’s unique features is the BluSeal®.
BluSeal® is a protective barrier layer surrounding the implant that helps your surgeon to recognize the implant is 100% intact. The bluish color signifies the presence of the protective layer, void of any implant defects such as gel bleed, ruptures, and compromised implant shell. It makes sure that the implant is completely usable before it is placed in the body, minimizing the risk of complications.
BluSeal® has complied with the most rigorous quality and safety standards of the American Society of Testing and Materials and ISO.

An RFID-Enabled Implants
Q Inside® Safety Technology (Qid®) is the world’s first and only FDA-cleared RFID micro-transponder for use in humans. It is also the only one with a CE-Mark when used in a breast implant. It allows you and your healthcare provider to accurately identify your implant information, even from outside the patient’s body.
Motiva® are RFID-enabled implants, where information including the implant size, shape, surgeon, date of surgery, and serial number are stored. It has an unlimited lifespan that provides an electronic serial number from within the body, which is read by an external portable reader.
Qid® gives you and your doctor control over the verification of your implant, especially in the case of recall or adverse event.
Beside the traditional implant card, RFID-enabled implants allow the patient to verify information about the implant in a non-intrusive way. It is one of the innovative features unique to Motiva Implants®.
